Tom Kinsman

Tom Kinsman is the founder and president of Take Action in Management, a professional management consulting and training organization, specialising in the areas of Performance Management, Leadership, Coaching, Hiring, and Organisational Development.

Prior to forming his company in 1993, Tom was with Xerox Corporation for nineteen years, handling key sales, management, and executive positions. His accomplishments include:

Tom received his BA in Marketing and Mathematics from the University of Arizona in 1970. He is also a past Board Member of The Greater Area Seattle Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement. His interests include collecting and racing vintage automobiles, snow skiing, tennis, golf, fly fishing and art collecting.
